Have you evaluated all the risks that you face?

How do you present the information in the best way to obtain quotations?

WOMEN @ WORK PROJECT

Confident Communication – Public Speaking

Carin Schwartz

It might appear that some people are born good speakers, others have endless confidence and some speak “in public” only under pressure.

Are you ever asked to do presentations?  Would you like to feel good about stating your view or opinion in front of a group of people?  Would you simply like to be more confident?

During this session you will learn techniques to help you become a more effective speaker:

  • tips on how to structure a speech
  • what to think about when you speak to an audience and
  • what further steps you can take to become fully confident

This is an interactive presentation where you will get a chance to experience public speaking if you wish and get feedback to help you improve on areas of your choice.
